These multimedia lessons consist of a series of interviews with the people who know Abraham Lincoln best: renowned historians and scholars. The accompanying lesson plans will aid students in developing a deeper understanding of the people and events that shaped American history by:

This lesson, for Grades 8 – 12, uses storytelling and primary source investigation to understand the roles of Grant, Lee and Lincoln in the Confederate surrender at Appomattox.
